Pharmaceutical report automation softwareA clearer report.

Turn reviewed source data into structured pharmaceutical reports. We scope investigation and analytical documentation around your templates, review responsibilities and existing systems.

Plan your project

From your workflow to a working system

  1. 1Source records
  2. 2Checks & review
  3. 3Structured report

The right scope.
Built around your needs.

Start with the problem that matters. Combine the capabilities your project needs, with boundaries agreed before the build.

Versioned report templates

Map the fields, sections and source references your team needs, with explicit template versions and required-data checks.

Draft generation

Assemble source-backed information into a draft. Missing information stays visible; a tool must not invent investigation findings or root causes.

Review and corrections

Define who reviews each section, how corrections are recorded and what must happen before an output is approved.

PDF and system handoffs

Generate a readable output and scope its transfer to existing document or quality systems. Signature requirements are assessed separately.

From source record to reviewed report.

A reference reporting workflow that keeps evidence, template versions and review decisions connected.

REFERENCE ARCHITECTUREChoose a layer to inspect its role.

Source records: its responsibility

Collect the agreed investigation or analytical inputs and retain a reference to the original record.

What to review

Check missing fields, units, source identity and whether the data is approved for this use.

Illustrative applications to help shape your brief. These are possible project scopes, not customer case studies.
The starting point

Evidence and observations are copied into the same report structure repeatedly.

The approach

Map approved inputs to a versioned template, preserve source identifiers and route the draft to a reviewer.

What the work can produce

A report-generation workflow with required-field checks and a draft PDF.

Start where
your project is.

The first step depends on what is already known. These starting points help define an engagement; scope, price and timing are agreed separately.

Explore an uncertain idea

The problem is clear, but the approach is not.

  1. 1Question
  2. 2Prototype
  3. 3Decision

What you take forward

A bounded experiment, findings and a recommendation on what to validate next.

A prototype is not a production-ready service.

Deliver a defined scope

You know the workflow and can agree acceptance checks.

  1. 1Scope
  2. 2Build & review
  3. 3Handover

What you take forward

Agreed deliverables, verification evidence and operating instructions for the scoped release.

Changes to scope need an explicit decision on cost and timing.

Improve an existing system

A live system needs focused changes or ongoing care.

  1. 1Review
  2. 2Prioritize
  3. 3Release & observe

What you take forward

A prioritized backlog, reviewed changes and an agreed maintenance or support boundary.

Coverage, response targets and access are agreed per engagement.

How project pricing works

A clear path.
Through the work.

Scope and deliverables are agreed for each project. These stages guide the conversation.
  1. 1

    Map one report

Start with a redacted template, source fields and the people who review it.

  2. 2

    Build a bounded pilot

Exercise ordinary and missing-data cases using synthetic or approved representative inputs.

  3. 3

    Evaluate and document

Review outputs, define validation responsibilities and document deployment and operating controls.

Reporting tools follow the source and review requirements

Technology is a scoping decision. These are relevant tools and building blocks to discuss against your existing systems, operating constraints and maintenance needs.

Source handling

Structured importsField validation

Select input formats around actual source records, identifiers and customer-approved access.

Document assembly

Choose report generation around agreed layouts, unit handling and reviewer correction needs.

What should be checked
before handover.

Turn quality expectations into reviewable evidence. The exact checks and responsibilities belong in the project scope.

  1. Calculation checks

Use agreed example inputs to verify formulas, rounding, units and missing-data behavior.

  2. Review traceability

Verify that an exported report can be connected to its source records, template version and review state.

  3. Intended-use evidence

Agree customer validation responsibilities and required evidence before operational use; a sample PDF is not validation.

Before
we begin.

Practical answers to help turn your idea into a scope everyone understands.

Does the software decide an investigation’s root cause?

No. Investigation judgement and approval remain with authorized people. Automation can organize evidence and draft structured sections.

Can we use our own templates?

Templates, required fields and revision rules are discovery inputs. A pilot establishes what can be automated reliably.

Is the sample PDF a validated pharmaceutical record?

No. The public demo uses synthetic data and is not for operational use. Validation and electronic-signature requirements belong to the project’s intended-use assessment.

Open code. Lasting value.

Built to be understood,
adapted and improved.

Everything we build is intended to be open source. Our business is the work around the code: custom development, managed hosting and servers, support and training.

Product repositories and licences will be shared as releases take shape. No specific licence has been selected yet.

Often better together.
