Project overview.
A tray system for cleanroom visual inspection: every tray carries a Code 128 label and is scanned at every cold-room hand-off, hold time is measured by the server, and every critical step carries an electronic signature. The paper record is rebuilt from the event history, ready to print.
The problems to solve.
Tray movements between inspection and cold storage need a consistent record of identity, timing and responsibility. The workflow must connect scans, hold-time limits and signatures to the same event history.
What we built instead.
Scan each tray movement
Code 128 tray labels scanned at every cold-room hand-off.
Hold-time control
Hold-time control: server-timed exits and returns with live warnings past the limit.
Signatures at critical steps
Electronic signatures — password re-entry with a stated meaning at every critical step.
Printable movement history
The VI movement sheet rebuilt from the event history, ready to print.
Project outcomes.
A live tray-management build connecting barcode hand-offs, server-timed hold periods and electronic-signature steps to printable movement records. Part 11–oriented features are engineering scope, not a claim of validated compliance or client endorsement.
