Project overview.
A guided studio that turns raw microscope inspection photos and an Excel defect matrix into a pharma-grade report. AI matrix vision reads a pasted screenshot to extract categories, sizes and quantities, and the extraction is reviewed against the entered matrix before a report is issued.
The problems to solve.
Inspection photos and defect matrices arrive in different formats. A report workflow needs to bring them together without allowing an OCR extraction to silently become an approved result.
What we built instead.
Inspection image intake
Upload a raw ZIP of container inspection photos — codes and sizes map automatically, with sample data included.
Matrix extraction with OCR
AI Matrix Vision OCR: paste an Excel matrix screenshot to extract categories, sizes and quantities.
A guided reporting journey
A five-step flow — upload, metadata, nature of particles, matrix & OCR review, generate & download.
Review before report generation
Accuracy review aligns extracted values with the entered matrix before the report is produced.
Project outcomes.
A five-step inspection reporting workspace combining image input, metadata, matrix extraction, review and downloadable output. The software demonstrates the workflow; facility validation and quality approval remain separate responsibilities.
