These terms cover the use of this website and its self-service tools. They are a draft, pending legal review, and do not replace advice from a qualified adviser. Project work is governed by the agreement made for that project.

## Using this website

- The public pages, planning guides and demos are provided for evaluating and planning work with JUHENZA.
- You may link to and reference these pages. Do not resell site content, scrape it at disruptive volume or present it as your own work.
- The pharmaceutical demo rigs run on synthetic data. Their output is illustrative and is not validated for operational, clinical or regulatory use.

## The project brief download

- The contact page builds a project brief file locally in your browser. It is not transmitted to JUHENZA automatically, and preparing one does not create a project, a contract or an obligation on either side.
- Do not include credentials, personal records or confidential documents in the brief. Use general descriptions or anonymized examples.

## The AI solution brief

- The /brief page drafts a technology approach with an AI model. Output is an unreviewed starting point: not a quotation, not a delivery commitment and not professional advice.
- Requests are processed by third-party AI providers under their terms; the brief page discloses the applicable data policy. Do not submit confidential or regulated data.
- Availability depends on backend configuration, and the service may be rate-limited or withdrawn.

## No warranties

- This website and its tools are provided as-is, without warranty of accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose.
- Example scopes, architectures and planning guides describe possible approaches; they are not commitments to deliver any specific outcome.

## Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, JUHENZA Technologies is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or its self-service tools. Liability under a signed project agreement is governed by that agreement.

## Intellectual property

- The JUHENZA name, brand assets and site content belong to JUHENZA Technologies.
- Everything JUHENZA builds is intended to be open source; product code is released as releases take shape, under licences chosen per product. No licence is granted by using this website.
- Client data, patient records, secrets and private documents shared for a project do not become public because source code is open; confidentiality is handled in each project agreement.

## Company status

JUHENZA Technologies operates as founded and led by Jainil Prajapati. The company is not yet registered; 'Juhenza Learn', 'Juhenza Health', 'Juhenza Cloud', 'Juhenza Labs' and 'Juhenza AI' are planned directions, not launched products or separate entities.
