# Refund & Cancellation Policy

Read this policy with your signed project agreement. A website enquiry or AI-generated brief is not a booking, payment or project contract.

## Payment milestones

The written agreement defines scope, the start of work, milestones, delivery, acceptance and payment dates. Do not pay based only on an AI-generated brief. The public website does not take online payments.

- 30% advance before development starts.
- 30% during development at the milestone set out in the signed project agreement.
- 40% after delivery, under the delivery and acceptance terms agreed for that project.

## Cancellation before work starts

The treatment of the advance when a client cancels before any work starts is decided in the signed project agreement. Confirm these terms in writing before paying the advance; this website does not promise a standard pre-start refund.

## Cancellation after work starts

Our commercial policy is that payments are non-refundable when a client cancels after the agreed project work has started. This covers cancellation of an otherwise properly supplied project; it does not remove remedies that applicable law makes mandatory, including for deficient services or breach. Any additional amounts, handover obligations or exceptions must follow the signed agreement and applicable law.

## Problems with delivery or payment

Email juhenzatechnologies@gmail.com with your project reference, payment date and a description of the issue. Do not email card details or passwords. We will review the agreement and circumstances and explain the next steps. Where a refund is legally required or agreed, its amount, method and processing estimate will be confirmed in writing.

## Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy excludes non-waivable rights or remedies under applicable Indian consumer or contract law. Whether particular consumer protections apply depends on the transaction. A project agreement cannot override mandatory law.
