Understand what you share, where it goes and how to make a privacy request. This policy describes the website’s current implementation and confirmed business practices. ## Who is responsible JUHENZA Technologies is an unregistered business operated by Jainil Prajapati in Gujarat, India. Address: A/6 Shantivilla Residency, Svit College Road, Vasad, Gujarat 388306, India. ## Enquiries and project briefs When you select Send & download, we collect your name, email, project description and any company, service, market, existing-system details or AI draft you choose to include. Formspree processes the submission and delivers it to JUHENZA so we can discuss your enquiry. We do not subscribe you to marketing. Filling in enquiry fields alone does not submit them. We retain enquiries that do not become projects for 12 months after the last contact, then delete them from our managed Formspree records and enquiry inbox. This requires an operational deletion routine. Project, invoice and dispute records may need a different retention period under the project agreement and applicable law. Provider backups and retention follow each provider’s terms. ## AI solution brief When you select Generate after the AI-processing notice, your goals, industry and project stage are sent through our server to OpenRouter and the configured generation provider. The current model is Meta Muse Spark Contributor. This Contributor model may use prompts and outputs to improve Meta products. Do not enter sensitive, confidential, patient or credential data. Generation does not submit a sales enquiry. Name and email are requested separately when you choose to send the completed draft through Formspree. A draft copied to the contact page is temporarily stored in sessionStorage in that browser tab. ## Website assistant and RAG The Ask JUHENZA assistant uses retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) to find relevant passages in our published site content. When you send a question after the assistant’s short privacy notice, the current question and up to eight recent conversation turns are sent to our server. Relevant public passages and the conversation may be forwarded through OpenRouter to the generation provider to produce an answer and source links. When semantic search is configured, the current question and the latest prior user question (combined and limited to 2,000 characters) are also sent through OpenRouter to the configured embedding provider; the default is OpenAI text-embedding-3-small. Without the semantic backend, retrieval uses a local text search. Consent covers this retrieval processing as well as answer generation. Conversation turns live in the current page’s React memory and up to 20 recent turns are automatically saved in localStorage on this browser for up to seven days after the last update and restored on return. Anyone using the same browser profile may see them. Select Clear chat to delete the local copy. Restoring history does not make an AI request; sending another question can include up to eight prior turns. Clearing local history does not delete data previously processed by a provider. The application does not intentionally store chat transcripts in its server database. The optional Postgres vector store contains indexed public website content. The optional Redis retrieval cache stores matched public passages under a hashed query key for up to one hour, not a raw chat transcript. Query embedding vectors can also be cached under hashed keys for up to 24 hours; these are derived from the limited question context. Hosting logs, provider processing and provider retention are separate from these application choices. Answers can be incomplete or incorrect. Check the linked sources. The assistant is not a private document upload service; do not share personal records, confidential documents or passwords. ## Analytics and cookies Optional Umami analytics is loaded from umami.altctrlreturn.com only after you allow analytics. It may process page paths, referrer and device/browser information to understand site usage. Query strings and URL fragments are excluded by our tracker configuration; Do Not Track is respected. We do not send form contents or chat text to analytics. Site search can remember up to eight queries used to open results on this browser for 30 days after its last update. Clear search history in the search panel deletes that local list. With analytics consent, our own server also counts four events: contact brief downloads, AI generation starts, completions and AI draft downloads. These records contain only event name and date. Rejecting analytics does not block forms or the assistant. The server and its hosting infrastructure process request metadata, which can include IP address, requested path, time and user agent. Actual log retention depends on the server configuration; contact us for current details rather than assuming a fixed provider-wide retention period. When a trusted proxy IP header is configured, AI rate limiting temporarily keeps a hashed IP identifier and usage counters in server memory. Otherwise visitors share a quota. The brief limiter does not store your project text in these counters. ## Third-party services and embeds Formspree handles submitted enquiries. OpenRouter and the selected model providers process AI inputs and outputs; this can occur outside India under their terms. Contabo provides hosting infrastructure. Umami receives optional analytics after consent. The current site does not embed third-party video players, maps, social feeds or advertising widgets. External links connect to third-party sites only when you follow them. Fonts and website images are served by this website. We cannot promise how long an independent provider retains its own logs or backups. We may need to verify the request and retain information required by law or an active dispute. Withdrawing consent does not undo processing already completed. Use Cookie settings in the footer to withdraw analytics consent; the page reloads to stop the loaded tracker. The site and its enquiry tools are intended for adult business users. Do not submit information about children or third parties without appropriate authority. ## Applicable law and updates We operate from Gujarat, India. Applicable Indian privacy and consumer laws govern our obligations, with any mandatory rights that apply to your circumstances preserved.
